PEPPERMINT, LEMON MYRTLE & LAVENDER
This is the perfect blend to enjoy post meals to aid in digestion. It is also the perfect blend to drink throughout the day because it tastes so darn good! The Lavender also provides gorgeous calmative benefits and aids in general mental and physical exhaustion. It also looks real pretty. It’s the small things right?
INGREDIENTS: Peppermint, Lemon Myrtle, Lavender.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1 teaspoon to each cup of boiling water, infuse for at least 5 minutes (15 minutes is even better to help draw out all those killer medicinal properties).
