HIBERNATE AND CHILL TEA
Just finished your yoga/weights/spin class? Had a late night? Or maybe you are feeling a touch of stress coming on and your adrenals need a little lovin. Well then, this drop is for you. It’s the perfect ‘post’ beverage to pick you up. It’s a big ol’ herbal hug and your body will thank you.
INGREDIENTS: Licorice, Marshmallow, Chamomile, Siberian Ginseng, Rosehip, Turmeric Root and Skullcap Leaf.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1-2 teaspoons to each cup of boiling water, infuse for at least 5 minutes (15 minutes is even better to help draw out all those killer medicinal properties).
Why not use some chilled tea as the liquid component in your next smoothie? Yep, your drink just got that much healthier!
