I WORK OUT - TEA
Ditch the pre-workout chemical loaded drinks, because (and you’re welcome) you now have in your hot little hands your new pre-workout drink. Don’t workout? No judgement here, but you still need this blend in your life. Drink in the morning for a non-caffeinated energy boost, for that 3pm slump or just when you need a bit of a helping hand.
INGREDIENTS: Marshmallow, Chamomile, Hyssop, Burdock, Gingko Biloba, Dandelion, Yerba Mate, Turmeric Root, Siberian Ginseng and Licorice.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1-2 teaspoons to each cup of boiling water, infuse for at least 5 minutes (15 minutes is even better to help draw out all those killer medicinal properties).
